I tried registering an account for my virgin mobile sim but it asked for my security answer but there was no question in the first place

Sorry to see you've been having issues with our registering your self-care account.
The answer you will need to answer, is the same one you would use when passing data protection, do you know what this would be?

I don't know this as I bought the phone a while ago and on the page where it asks you to put the security answer there is no question there in the first place
