I have received a new Virgin pay as you go SIM from Carphone Warehouse. I have obtained the PAC code from my previous provider and am attempting to transfer this across, but calling 789 (as advised) just redirects me to the online FAQ which is unhelpful.
I have attempted to register for an account to do this online, but when I try to register as a new user it asks me to answer a 'security question' which is blank and which I have not set up. When I say I don't know the answer, it tells me to call 789 again.
I understand that this is a known issue, so please could somebody get in touch?
