Can't register online - no security question

Hi,

I got a sim through an Oomph bundle. I can't register my Virgin Mobile account online as it is asking for a security question answer that I have not setup yet. It refers me to call 789 but the required call centre message says it is closed because of COVID-19. I have also tried email/password reset link but it says it doesn't recognise me.

Can the Forum Team help?
