I've had a phone with Virgin Mobile for a year or so now, and i'm trying to register my account online so i can log in and check stuff on my account.
When i go to register it asks me for a Security Answer, that i don't remember setting when i started the contract. To make matters worse, the bit where the question should be is completely blank, so if i have set one i have no idea what it wants as an answer.
I am also having the same trouble. I cannot answer the security question because it is blank. I set up this in carphone warehouse which could be the issue. Can someone message me to help me out please.
I am really sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up your online account. The answer to your security question is the same word we ask you for characters of when you get in touch. If you can't remember it or still having problems registering your account please let us know and we can look into this for you 🙂
