Can’t register online- asking for security question
I received my SIM card yesterday after ordering a bundle online. I used my PAC code during the order but when I received my sim it was giving me a new number instead of transferring the number. I then tried to register to mobile accounts but is asking for a security question. I haven’t been asked for one and I wouldn’t be having this problem if the number had been changed when I filled in the details.
How do I get in to mobile accounts to change my number?
