Hi, I bought a new phone on a Virgin Media contract from mobiles.co.uk
I need to transfer my number but I can't register for a mobile account and there is no answer on the Customer Care line.
I have not registered before. On the register page, it says it will ping you a code to the mobile but this does not happen. Once the mobile number is entered it takes you to another page asking for an answer to a security question. The security question is not there and I have not registered previously so there wouldn't be any answers anyway.
