Can't register for mobile account

Asks for security question /answer which I haven't set up.

Thanks for your post and a very warm welcome to you!

 

When you call our team on 0345 600 0789 or 789, you would be required to pass data protection, and to do this, you would be required to issue characters from your memorable word.

 

This would be the same memorable word when trying to set up a online account for the mobile services.

 

Once you've issued this and can continue with the registration process, you can set something easier to remember as your login - with the data protection memorable word being used whenever you need to make changes to the new custom set login details
