Can’t register for mobile account

Purchased a sim through car phone warehouse, trying to Register for my virgin account so I can switch my number but it’s asking for an answer to a blank security question. No security question was set up when I brought the sim so now I’m stuck.

I've tried locating your account from here to see if you've been able to sort this since your post on Saturday but I've been unable to do so.

I have the same issue, spoke to the team over the phone who blamed CPW. 

CWP state they do not set one up
