Since recieving my new sim card in the post. I followed all the instructions on the letter and put the sim card in. I now can't recieve any calls or texts. I also haven't been prompted to enter my unlock code/codes either. After being on hold for 20 mins to no avail and then recalling to find the call centres closed and being told to go to the website (which I've already been searching through for 2 hours to find the solution) this is not the support I would expect from Virgin.
