I have ported my number over from O2 to Virgin Mobile and gave my PAC to transfer my old number. I got a text confirming the port was successful, however my text messages are sending from the temporary Virgin number and my calls are ringing from my old number (the one I wish to keep).
Any ideas how I can go about sorting the text messages out please?
Sorry to hear about the problems you've had since porting your number into us. I understand on iPhones you have to amend the number yourself within the handset settings but as far as I'm aware that's not the case for Android.
We may need to double-check the number port completed successfully - I will get in touch via PM to confirm a few details and we'll take it from there.
