During the last few months I have found that I am unable to receive security code text messages. Due to the fact that I cannot complete some transactions without this, I am unable to shop on some websites or get confirmation messages from my bank. This used to fine but as more and more companies are sending security text messages, this is now becoming a major problem for me. Please can someone help, I don't have any blocking on my text messaging. My husband who is with another provider has no problems at all with the same companies. Thanks.
Yes I had read the thread but it doesn't offer any solutions. As pointed out in the thread, many companies now insist on sending a security code before you can proceed but if we can't receive them what are we supposed to do? At this current moment in time, the only solution seems to be changing from Virgin mobile.
