Hi I arranged to port my old number, and the port transfer was due to take place today. I received a text at 11:47am to confirm the transfer was complete. Since then I have been unable to receive incoming calls. When dialing my number, all you get is a message stating "you've dialled an incorrect number, please check and try again". I've rang customer service who were useless to say the least, and of absolutely no help. Anyone able to advise me what has gone wrong and how I can get it sorted?
