Hi. I've been getting texts about how my service will be shut down if I don't enter a new SIM card. I live at a new address and haven't received one.
I was wanting to talk to someone about this as I have a complicated situation with my account (essentially, it isn't in my name), and I've been completely unable to contact Virgin Media about both changing my account and the SIM.
I'm really frustrated at this point. Is there anyone I can contact to discuss this further, or anything I can do about the situation?
