Hi, after inserting my new replacement SIM card, I can receive incoming calls, but I can`t make outgoing calls, nor do send messages.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your new sim card at the moment, the sim can sometimes take up to 24 hours to fully activate. Are you still having issues at the moment?
