I've tried this many times. Still no luck. I tried to call voicemail and its coming up as no sim card

I have just checked a few things from here.
We currently have a network issue with outgoing calls
It is currently being investigated and we have an estimated fix time of around 5pm today.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing you.

This is the same for me - fine after new SIM yesterday, then no calls this morning. New SIM was to fix another issue (0.5mbps on 4g instead of 35+ as it should be, but that didn't work). Anyway, new Virgin Media bonus is no calls today - partner's phone no issue, so not sure how it can be a network fault?
