I recently upgraded my broadband package which included a 15Gb Oomph SIM for my phone. I then cancelled the Direct Debit for my previous monthly rolling contract and now find I have no service at all. Can someone please help ?

Sorry you have had to pop on here to seek advice.
With our Mobile accounts we do need an active Direct Debit
As soon as this is canceled we text the phone to let the customer know
Have you been able to set a Direct Debit back up again?
