Can't make or receive calls

Received my new Samsung A41 mobile yesterday. Today it stopped being able to make or receive calls. Managed to get help from Chat Live through Virgin Mobile website. Reset settings through General Managent in Settings. Worked for a while then problem returned. Been trying to sort this all day. Feel as if I should return the phone and cancel my contract!

Sorry to hear of the issue you're faced with here. It's odd that it just stopped, it could have been down to network issues. Can I ask if you are still experiencing issues at the moment?
