We’ve not been able to make or receive calls on our molies since yesterday has anyone had this problem?
If it is in one place then checking for network faults is the first step

there’s no issue with coverage I’ve tried Virgin and they don’t know what the issue is but it might be voicemail linked as it keeps telling me I have voicemail but I can’t call to get messages

Is this happening on two different SIM cards?
Does it happen in one area or anywhere you visit?
What handsets are being used?
