Hi, for some reason I'm suddenly unable to call Poland. I can make UK calls but get the "you don't have enough credit" message otherwise. Many thanks in advance!

Welcome, thanks for posting.

International calls do cost slightly more than UK calls, this may be why you have got this message. Have you tried topping up your credit? I am sorry for this.

Thank Hayley, I'm not sure how to match it with my contract and at what point in my contract it says that "unlimited minutes' exclude international calls... I know it's more expensive but when I was setting it up I said that I make calls abroad (it's my work and I used to be able to do it very often) but suddenly I can't anymore... I hope it makes sense...

Check your online account - have you sent a spend cap to stop your monthly out of allowance charges going over a certain amount?
