Can't login to sign Virgin Mobile contract

 

I have just arranged an upgrade for one of my mobiles  and now received the emails asking me to sign a new credit agreement before they'll dispatch the phone and I need to do it in four days. The issue is that it will not log me in to the credit agreement. 

I put in my last four digits of my card like it says and the security key is already filled in and cannot be changed but when I press log in it says : 

  • The answer or the 'unique security key' provided is incorrect and that I am a robot
What can I do ??

Welcome to the forums and thank you for coming back to us. 

 

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with this. You will need to have a new agreement sent out, in order to acquire this, you will need to call the mobile care team.
