Can’t login to account

I ordered on Saturday, was able to get into my account then but I didn’t have a tracking number for my order. I then tried to login yesterday evening and this morning and the same error message saying they don’t recognise the details is coming up and it won’t let me reset my password either, another error message comes up.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear you're having logging in issues, is this for a media/mobile account?

Also what error message do you get when trying to reset the details?

Oops that wasn’t quite right try again comes up when i try to reset my password
