I ordered on Saturday, was able to get into my account then but I didn’t have a tracking number for my order. I then tried to login yesterday evening and this morning and the same error message saying they don’t recognise the details is coming up and it won’t let me reset my password either, another error message comes up.

Also what error message do you get when trying to reset the details?
