I’m outside the U.K. and trying to sign into my virgin mobile account to cancel my contract. I get this screen (for the past 48 hours) each time I try and log in. I can’t call 789 from my phone as a new sim was sent to my old U.K. Address and the sum in my possession was deactivated. Skype won’t let me call the 0345 number. App won’t work either. Any ideas - is the website under maintenance or does it not work from outside the U.K.? thanks
It doesn't work from inside the UK either. I posted this issue yesterday assuming it would temporary but it has continued for at least 24 hours. I have had no update from a Virgin moderator on this forum. So, I hope this helps a little if only to say that you are not alone.
