Hi all, 

Received voicemail, which showed up on status bar.

Tap on it and entered my correct pin followed by the #.

Waiting for it to say how message etc...

But was silent and then few seconds later the female automated voice says than you for listening etc and hangs up.

Tried via 222...same again.

Had this problem before.

I am sorry to see that this is happening.

Can you please tell me if this is with certain numbers that call you? Does this happen to every voicemail you get from different numbers?

Hi Hayley,

It was from a mobile number that I had. Called and they called back when I on the phone to someone else. I just can't listen to the voicemail left nor access the menu facilities whilst on call to voicemail.

Thanks for the confirmation, is the person able to leave another voicemail? To test if it works and to see if it was just a handset error?

I've ask my partner to call and leave message.

I get text and pop message to say I have voicemail.

Then hold 1 to quick dial voicemail account. 

Entry pin when requested and again its goes silent. No options to listen to the voicemail message.

So now 2 message not listening too.

Last time you guys had to reset voicemail account and entry a new pin.

Seem to be a reoccurring problem.

Pin reset as solved the problem . 

It was a year ago when had the same problem.

See if this happens again next year.
