As part of my business i sometimes have to call a company helpline number in Leeds on 0113 382 ****. When i get through all i get is silence, and the call drops out after 20 o'r so seconds. I've tried calling from other mobiles and get through, land lines the same, i get through.
I've had this sim card in 3 other phones all the same, can't get through. All my other numbers are ok. Spoken to the company and they have not had any complaints of not getting through to the help line. Anyone any ideas
