I received a text in May saying Virgin had tried to update my mobile network service so I can carry on using outside the UK. I followed the process for a new SIM but did not receive it. Now I can't get through to 789. to ask for a new SIM or to get help for voicemail which I've been logged out of.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to reach us on 789 and never received your new SIM card which was due to be sent out to you. When you say you can't get through, do you mean that the lines are very busy or if the call is failing? If you are abroad, calling 789 wouldn't work in which case you'd need to call us on our international contact number (+44 7953 967 967)
