I am disgusted with your company. I have been a customer for 5 years and for the past three months I have not been able to use 4g for any decent amount of time without losing connection. I have text you numerous times as I cannot register for online account because I don't know the answer to the security question. But this is because you don't ask the question, you just want the answer. How the hell can I answer something if I don't know what the question is? I will never, ever ever have anything to do with Virgin again. This is disgraceful behaviour. Days and days of trying to get hold of someone that will help me and zip.
