So I bought a new phone ( POCO X3 Pro) and had a nano sim sent out to replace my existing sim , the phone didn't ask for a number when I set it up it just set up the google account but now I have no connection and am at a loss what to do nest , anyone got any ideas please.

As the phone recognises it has a Virgin sim installed could a factory reset be the best course of action , start from square 1 again ?

Tried factory reset but again wasn't prompted for the sim code , guess I'll have to contact Virgin directly tomorrow on my old phone to get my new sim activated.

Hi carlman, thanks for the message. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the sim card and this is not the experience which we want you to have with us. Can you confirm if the sim has now been activated?. Can you confirm if the new sim is in the handset and the handset is switched on?. Chris
