HI

I'm in Germany but can't connect to a network.

I was connected, but my partner used my phone to contact Virgin because her phone wouldn't connect and, somehow, I became disconnected, too.

My partner got a solution on this forum but the solution won't work for my phone.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about your issue, are you able to access the network if you perform a hard reboot of your device? Can you connect when using your SIM in your partners phone
