I'm trying to sign up for a SIM-only deal and I get nearly to the end of the checkout process i.e. the part where you put in your credit card details to be checked and.. nothing. The page just sits there, never refreshes and never completes the process. When I try to exit checkout it gives me an error message and tells me to ring the 0800 number which doesn't work, because the call centres are closed. Very frustrating - can anyone from Virgin Mobile help, please?
