Can't cancel virgin broadband

Just joined

I called 03454541111 for many days to cancel my contract but was waiting for over an hour.  Yet it was not answered. 

So frustrating

Sorry to hear you've not been able to speak to anyone regarding giving your 30 day disconnection notice. It's sad to hear you're thinking of leaving us. You can use any methods listed here to give your 30 day disconnection notice. Please note, that your written request must be for a full disconnection of all services, we are not able to do partial disconnections or package changes via written request.
