Can’t call, text or use data

Joining in

Since yesterday, I’ve been unable to call or text, or use data. I have tried rebooting my phone three times, updating it, and even taking the SIM out and putting it back in. I checked for outages in my area. Nothing.

When I make a phone call, I just get three beeps. 

I can’t always be connected to wifi. This just suddenly happened. Can anyone help?

Have you tried clicking out of aeroplane mode in and out to see if this helps at all?

Also does it say any 3G / 4G / 5G or is just showing as EDGE or blank all together? Thanks

Hi Matthew, it’s 4G and there are bars. I did try airplane mode. Someone on the customer service WhatsApp chat tried to help last night as well, but couldn’t fix it and just said that there were problems with calls, texts and data. Any idea when it’ll get fixed?
