I was sent a new SIM over the Christmas period as I was told the old one had been deactivated and that’s why it wouldn’t make or receive calls or txts.
I’ve put the new SIM into the mobile and get exactly the same message ‘Mobile network not available for voice calls’ and txts don’t send or receive either.
The network is recognised as Virgin (SIM set up was fine) and the internet works so what is wrong ????
