Hi, I see someone used to be in a similar situation as me (https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Forum-Archive/I-can-t-add-my-account-to-Virgin-Mobile-Your-Acco...).
I used to have a pay as you go virgin mobile account (that I don't use anymore) and now I have a new SIM from Virgin with the Oomph deal.
I cannot seem to register my new mobile number to my virgin media mobile account.
Can someone assist me in removing my old email address/account so I can re-register?

Anyone that is having the same issue as me, I got it sorted out through chat. I had to delete my old account so I can register again. Hope it helps.
