I've checked that site using Virgin Mobile data and WiFi and it works. I've also tested it on an iPhone using the latest version and it works also. Can you confirm whether you're having problems with Safari on your iPhone and can you try a different browser on your iPhone to see if it's the same? When you said you've tried Edge, is that on your iPhone? If you can get on it via a different browser, it may be an issue with Safari itself. Please go to Settings - Safari - and check the settings such as Cookies and any content blockers to see if it helps.
