Can't access voicemail abroad

Hi, I am currently abroad and won't be back in the UK for the next two weeks. I'v just received a voicemail but I can't access it as I haven't set a pin - is there any other way I can access my voicemail?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your Mobile Voicemail abroad!

We recommend all of our customers take a look at our Using Mobile Abroad page before travelling to ensure all your settings are correct. You can also take a look at our Roaming Hub to ensure that you're aware of any possible charged to your bill while you're out of the country.

We understand that you're already abroad, so to help you gain access to your voicemail, I'll be able to reset your Voicemail PIN. I'll send you a Private Message to confirm a few details.
