I've tried to contact the customer service line, they took in the wrong details and then cut me off instead of referring me somewhere else.
I called another line and says you aren't able to take any calls whatsoever.
For some reason the online account isn't opening with my email address or phone number.
My phone has completely died, I'm under contract and have insurance.
HOW ON EARTH DO I GET THRU TO ANYONE?
