Can't View/download Bill

Hi, 

I'm new to Virgin mobile. I can't view or download my bill. I can see the amount due. 

I have Adobe reader (which is set as default).  I've tried on both mobile and laptop.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you've not been able to view your mobile bill. Have you since been able to access and download it? Are you using the App or a web browser? If it's the App please delete this and re-install to see if this helps.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Don't know what the problem was with the phone etc. I just managed to download it on a different laptop yesterday.
