I have 2 phone contracts and would like to close the old one and transfer my number to the new one. I have never logged into my Virgin Mobile account and cannot seem to register.
My security question doesn't work, the number it provides to change it doesn't work, my phones don't show up on the MyVirgin account even though I registered through the link I was originally sent for my phone and have just spent 4 hours on a live chat to be told to ring a number that doesn't work. It's frustrating!
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated 🙂
