Can't Register Online - No Security Question

I cannot register online account due to the Security Question. I would like to port my old number to this sim.

I am using Oomph 5GB sim which is included in my broadband service.

Thank you for making your first post regarding the issues you are experiencing registering online - can you please expand for me on what happens with the security question? Do you not remember the answer to the question?

 

Can you please confirm for me if your old phone number is with Virgin Mobile or a different provider?

 

Have you text PAC to 65075 to obtain a porting authorisation code?
