When I dial voicemail from my Virgin Mobile phone and enter the correct PIN I get a few seconds of silence then a message "Thanks for calling Virgin Mobile voicemail, bye for now" and it hangs up. No way to interact with voicemail or the voicemail service.
If I enter an incorrect PIN is recognises this and asks me to try again so I know it isn't a PIN problem.
I've restarted my phone and I downloaded the 15.02 update from 15.01
I am more than happy to take a look at this for you
Probably best if we reset the Voicemail and pin for you
