Best SIM Only Deals - Contracts & Plans | Virgin Media

The 200GB for @ £16 deal is better for me as I pay 100GB @ £17 now.

Issue was unlike most of the previous deals I did by upgrading online there was no option at last stage of checkout to keep my number (I am an already with VM).

I thought it may be as now it is to do with VM+O2 and 30 days rolling contract and I am not doubt on older set up and was 24-month contract t but allowed to move up/down every 30 days but the deals inside my account are not the Black Friday deal and mine is still the best of them all.

Anyhow I called up and had to hang up on first overseas CS as they at the end of my call tried to talk me into buying a phone when I have my own bought phone, so it is not needed.

I called back and spoke to someone in the UK I could actually understand, and the line was not like a walkie talkie and explained it all and all went well apart from she did not seem to fully grasp the part where I tick YES onscreen when asked if I have other VM services (or if via phone they ask you this).

AFAIR this give me a perk to do with free call to either VM landline or mobiles (it is one or other).

Also, when I got the contract PDF's via email it was 200GB @  £14pm and 100GB rollover, now I am not sure if this mean my old rollover the first month which would be correct and I will rollover 200GB the next month or she has not given me the Black Friday deal and it is one of those promotions like in the in past where for example 5x 1GB promotion so you only roll over 1GB DATA not 5GB each month.

I thought it was clear above what I wanted confirmation of.

1) Did I get the BF deal I asked for?

2) Did she add on the perk for having other VM services I would choose if doing so online and normally they ask you if via the phone?

3) As it should be £16 not £14 did, she discount me further or give me a totally different deal?

4) Am I only rolling over (if unused) 100GB pm every month or is that from my old (current till the 14th or abouts) contracts allowance the first month and will increase to rolling over 200GB pm after that?
