I have a £6.14 contract sim only. that does not let me use 4G. I have called 789 to try and get 4G but they won't let me change contract. When I go online to change plan it tells me to call 789. I have found a 12 month plan for £6 via the chat bot for 2GB and 1000 min but 789 will not let me switch to it. Why can't Virgin Mobile just switch on 4G on my current plan? or let me switch to the £6 plan. They seem determined to get me to pay more for the £7 plan. Don't avertise somthing via the chat bot that you can not deliver.
Sorry to hear that you've been unable to change your contract to 4G and when you called us on 789, they've been unable to help you. It may be dependent on the department you got through to as our Retentions Department would have been able to help you with a new 4G deal.
