I ported my mobile number over from Sky to Virgin on 28th January 2021.
Its now 13th February 2021 and I still can not make or receive calls. I also only have the “H” signal for mobile data. No 3g or 4g.
I have lost count how many times I have called Virgin and spent hours each time trying to get this resolved. Every time, they tell me the technical team is working on it, and to wait 24 hours.
I have done all of the tests, even changed mobile phone device to another handset and had a replacement SIM sent. Nothing has worked!
I have asked to make a complaint, and got no where with that either. I don’t know what else I can do. All I know is that my SIM card still isn’t working... I wish I never made the swap to Virgin!
Can anyone help at all please? I really have no idea what to do
