Can not make or receive calls & No 3g or 4g data

  • Hi.

I ported my mobile number over from Sky to Virgin on 28th January 2021.

Its now 13th February 2021 and I still can not make or receive calls. I also only have the “H” signal for mobile data. No 3g or 4g.

I have lost count how many times I have called Virgin and spent hours each time trying to get this resolved. Every time, they tell me the technical team is working on it, and to wait 24 hours.

I have done all of the tests, even changed mobile phone device to another handset and had a replacement SIM sent. Nothing has worked!

I have asked to make a complaint, and got no where with that either. I don’t know what else I can do. All I know is that my SIM card still isn’t working... I wish I never made the swap to Virgin!

Can anyone help at all please? I really have no idea what to do

Apologies for the delayed reply. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your mobile. Our records indicate that this has been addressed by our phone care team and the fault is currently with IT. Let us know if you need further help.
