I hvae an existing Virgin SIM and phone number. The SIM is actually in an entry gate not a phone. All working fine.
Now I want to transfer my mobile phone from Vodafone to Virgin. I have the PAC and am ready. I log into my account with Virgin but I can't see how to add a second contract/SIM/number?
Is it impossible?
Do I need to create a new account with a different email address, I can do this if Virgin can't cope with one person having multiple phones. Thanks.
