Can I add a second phone to my account (with its own SIM, phone number, and contract)?

I hvae an existing Virgin SIM and phone number. The SIM is actually in an entry gate not a phone. All working fine.

Now I want to transfer my mobile phone from Vodafone to Virgin. I have the PAC and am ready. I log into my account with Virgin but I can't see how to add a second contract/SIM/number?

Is it impossible?

Do I need to create a new account with a different email address, I can do this if Virgin can't cope with one person having multiple phones. Thanks.

Unless it's changed, if you want to add a new mobile contract to your existing account you go through the online shop here https://www.virginmedia.com/mobile

When you pick your plan and / or device there should be an option to sign in as existing customer to add it to your account
