My camera has failed. I have tried the soft restart, hard restart and even a factory reset and the camera is still failing .I have also looked at 3rd party apps and can't find any using the camera. Help!!

Yes it's a Virgin mobile, it's a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I've had it about a year.

Virgin will only service stuff up to one year. A safer bet is Samsung themselves as the S8 has a 2 year warranty.
They will even come to you so no need to send away
