I know, it's a Bishop Stortford number and in fact it's a Ryanair number and you never know with Ryanair, they say that calling this number from a mobile, you'll be charged 😟

They are not allowed to charge on numbers using standard area codes. Charges would only apply if a mobile customer was out of allowances or were old fashioned PAYG.

as @enlli has advised, the charge would be dependant on what tariff you have with your Landline or Mobile.
