Calls

i have a samsung A50,When i'm calling a company and they ask me to press the relevant number/s,l can only give the numbers,l can't find a way to give the letters.

Not sure what is going on. If you are in a call and have to send numbers via dial tones, fine. I've never heard of a method of sending letters that way.

For when I have used ones which require letters - like entering letters from passwords, it is usually press the number which contains the letter. ie: pressing 1 covers ABC, 2 covers DEF ect.
