I hear this message every time I try to call. Operators on 789 are not being really helpful.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems making calls from your Mobile. When attempting to make a call, what happens? Do you hear any specific messages or noises?

Are you currently in the UK? Are you able to make and receive calls/texts? Can you also access any Mobile Data?
