Calls dropping every call

Phone around 6-7 months old and keeps dropping calls . Every call affected so impossible to have any conversation- really frustrating- help ?!!!

A warm welcome ad thanks for posting on our community forums. This is disappointing to hear that your handset is only 6-7 months old and that you're experiencing issues with calls dropping.

Can we ask is it certain numbers that just drop off or any call? How long are you on the conversation for before the call cuts off?

Do the calls drop anywhere or is it just in your household? Have you performed the basic diagnostics or rebooting the handset, removing the sim card and re-inserting? Removing yourself from the network and re-adding? 

Can you let us know what diagnostics you have performed already, so we don't ask you to do these again.

Did you also check the link in the previous post to make sure you're not being affected by any network issues?

Tried a few of suggestions and just had a 5 mins call with no problems- long may this continue- thanks all 🙏
