Calls cannot currently be connected

When I try to make a call, I get an error message saying "calls to this number cannot currently be connected, please call 789 to speak to a member of our team."

When I call 789, I get the same error message.

I also cannot send text messages.

I have had this SIM for years and this is a new issue, starting yesterday.

This has started happening to me this morning. My SIM is fairly recent, there's no problems with the line, I'm disabled house bound and Highly vulnerable waiting on medical calls!!! I'm incredibly upset what is going on please

Have you been able to check your online account to ensure the account is up to date? You can do so here or check that Direct Debits have been taken with your bank.
